    Disciples Stance Class is a three week session  meeting during the Church School hour. The class provides information about the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) as well as the ministry of First Christian Church.  The class is ideal for those considering joining the church.   The class concludes with a fellowship breakfast, and is led by Rev.     Homebuilders Class follows the quarterly Uniform Lesson Series.   It meets in the church library, room #121.


    Pathfinders Class has a diverse membership.  This class engages in friendly discussion around a variety of Biblical and theological topics.  They meet in Room #306, west of the sanctuary balcony and are led by Rev. Dr. Tom Lyda.  Please contact Tom at for more details.


    Quest Class is a discussion group geared toward those in their 30s—40s, either by actual chronological age, mentality, or both.  Please contact David at for more information.  


    Seekers Class seeks to strengthen Christian faith through Bible study and discussion of faith issues.  The class consists of singles and couples of various ages and meets in the chapel.  It is led by Dr. Lynne Levy ( assisted by other class members.  The class is open to diverse ideas, and offers mutual support, understanding, and fellowship.  This class also hosts the Taizé service, a contemplative service, observed once during Advent and Lent.


    Sojourners Class focuses on foundational Biblical stories and formational practices of the faith, as well as offering a variety of topical discussion issues.  The class meets in the basement Activity Room, and is led by Harry Smith.  Please contact Harry at for more information. 


    Study & Share Class is a senior adult class studying biblical, extra canonical and early church history.  Lecture and discussion forms the structure for the group which meets in room #201 west of the Sanctuary and is taught by Rev. Dr. Catherine Bennett.
